Shortly after 8pm on Saturday, February 22nd, Rising Sun was alerted to assist Singerly Fire Company with a Working Residential Structure Fire in the 300 block of Carters Mill Road.

First arriving crews reported fire throughout the first floor of the residence.

Engine 812 and Tanker 8 operated as relays in the over 3000’ hoselay from the hydrant. The crews from Engines 812 and 28 operated at the residence conducting extinguishment and overhaul activities.

All Rising Sun units assisted in take up with Engine 14 and returned to service around 12:30am Sunday morning.
