Rescue Box 832 - Biggs Hwy

Just before 4pm on Sunday, June 22nd, Rising Sun, Cecil County Department of Emergency Services and mutual aide companies responded to a Motor Vehicle Collision with Entrapment near the intersection of Joseph Biggs Memorial Highway and Crothers Road.
Units worked on two separate vehicles to free occupants, with one being heavily entrapped.
An entire complement of rescue tools was utilized.
Two patients were transported by ambulance and one by Maryland State Police - Aviation Command Trooper 1 to area hospitals.
Water Witch Volunteer Fire Company, North East Fire Company, Community Fire Company of Perryville, Maryland State Police North East Barrack, and Maryland State Department of Transportation also assisted.
