This morning, The Community Fire Company of Rising Sun, assisted by Union Fire Company No. 1 ~ Oxford, PA Rescue 21, and Cecil County Paramedics, IAFF Local 4645 Paramedic 1 handled this single vehicle versus tree Motor Vehicle Collision with one person trapped. After 54 minutes of work, the extrication was completed and patient was transported to a trauma center
