Earlier this evening, CFCRS handled this Motor Vehicle Collision on Rising Sun Rd. Rescue 8 arrived with 1 vehicle rolled over off the roadway. Engines 28 and 813, Ambulance 893 and The Cecil County Hazmat team were also on scene.
