Motorcyclists flown to hospital after crash

Today at approximately 7pm, CFCRS and Cecil County paramedic 1 were alerted for a motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle at the Harrisville traffic circle. Units arrived to find a single motorcycle crashed in the middle of the traffic circle. EMS crews began to treat the patient and fire crews secured the vehicle and other hazards. Maryland State Police Trooper 1 was requested to the scene due to the extent of the patient's injuries. The patient is being transported to a local trauma facility. Crews remain on scene for clean up and lane closure to allow police and tow operators to conduct their operations safely.
