All boxes with the exception of the 800 box are broken down into smaller sub-boxes making it easier for us and our mutual aide companies to find the location of an incident. The boxes also play a role in what mutual aide companies will be alerted to assist us. Each sub-box can also be broken down to different sections for a specific location. These sections are usually a specific building that may pose more of a challenge as apposed to a regular structure. This allows us to use pre determined plan for this section of the box, and may also add more mutual aide to box if say it is a nursing home, or a school.
