Kidde Fire Trainer T4000
The Community Fire Company of Rising Sun has a Kidde Fire Trainer T4000 Mobile training trailer at Station 8. This training system permits live-fire training in a safe, controlled and environmentally sound manner. In addition, having training capability locally results in more frequent and increased emergency preparedness. Our Trainer has many different simulations available on it, including:
- Pitched Roof Simulator with ventilation simulators built in.

2 adjacent gas fueled interior fires.

Flashover and rollover simulation.

Smoke generation system.

Moveable wall panels, moveable interior door, allowing a custom room setup.

Wall breach moveable wall section.

Interior ship ladder to roof hatch.

Enlarged exterior window for bailout and ventilation.
